went to walmart the other day and looking thru the oils ,I pickup the QS HIGHMILEAGE and to my surprise it says that is mixed with slik 50 already in it.Couldnt belive it since i know how slick 50 is a snake oil right? I know personally would not be using that oil for sure.

Avoid it like the plague. I can't believe they still stock that stuff on store shelves.
I cannot believe that Slick50 is still being sold. The company that used to make it was fined by the FTC. I can't speak for Quaker State but if I was the CEO of Quaker State I would stop selling Slcik50 with any Quaker State oil.
You can go to the FTC web site and discover that several companies that make engine treatments, oil supplements, etc., have been fined by the FTC.
I am proud to say that I never once tried Slick50. But on the other hand I did try Tufoil. However, the company that makes Tufoil was never fined by the FTC.

They have been advertising on television as well. I suspect they are targeting people who don't have a clue that Slick 50 is garbage and can't/don't/won't do the research to find out.
There is no CEO of Quaker State. Quaker State, Slick 50, and Pennzoil were all bought by Shell.

If you go to quakerstate.com, they have myths/facts about oil, one of them was about slick 50, they said it's ok to use now because it's been reformulated and reengineered since they were bought by the company that owns QS. It's the same name, completely different stuff. I still wouldn't use it though. 
Not saying Slick 50 is good, but I don't think it does any harm, except maybe take a few $$$ from your wallet.
Our 88 Camry (sold to sister in law) just turned 305,000 miles and it had Slick 50 treatments every 50,000 miles starting from about 70,000 miles up until about 225,000 miles. This was long before I had heard of BITOG.
The Camry has had a steady diet of Pennzoil 5W30/10W30, Toyota OEM filters with changes every 3-4,000 miles and it is still running great.
