Found out the price on PUP 0W-20 have increased. Absolutely ridiculous prices! Just bought a 5qt jug back in October for less than $25 on Amazon now it’s selling for over $45. Walmart is even worse, charging a totally outrageous $75 for a single 5qt jug! (Both online prices) I hope Pennzoil starts brewing some more 0w-20 so the prices will go back, other viscosities prices haven’t seemed to have increased.

Be patient.

I’ve seen the same with 5W30 PUP.

Only to see it come back down. When it did, I bought again.

I‘ve seen this cycle at least twice. Keep checking. Buy on the dip.

If it's "fully synthetic" pricing shouldn't be affected by crude oil barrel cost. Just my uneducated 2 cents.

Are you sure that is Walmarts in-store price? That looks like a third party. I was in Walmart a few days ago and it was around $25.

I am waiting for [hopefully ] the Quaker state 5W-40 Euro oil to drop in price .

Ordered 2 jugs on Jan. 9th, but they were not in stock. Same Amazon number, but now in stock at 45.57 ea. The fact that I am still waiting for my oil and shipping time is March 13th means to me that supply restock is around that time.

My purchase at 24.97 ea. was from Amazon.com Services LLC and not from 1185 Corp. It was same price as WalMart. They are both out of stock but have the regular Platinum 0w-20.

I still see it @ $24.97 at walmart.com. I am sure they will be raising a price on it, but not to $40, maybe $27 will become a new normal price
