Pscholte - have you/will you try GC Gold?

I know you have a huge stash of green to get through, but have you ever thought of trying one OC with a batch of gold to see if you can notice a difference? You seem to agree with most that the gold is at least as good as the green....

I have a healthy amount of The Gold...I would be willing to put it in ahead of the older Green to give you guys feedback on it. I will put it in the Audi next change (about 3 months).

I've been toying with the idea of switching my wife's car and/or my mom's car over from green to gold, which would allow my own car to have a longer supply of the green. (I've got 66L of green, which would last me 5 years if I only ran it in my car) I already plan on switching my dad's Volvo over from green to gold at the next interval (but I don't do UOAs on his car since he gets his oil changed by Volvo)

I hav run the Gold, and think all this bruhaha about green vrs gold is nothing. I think if you run either one you will not be able to notice the difference, in the way it runs, UOA's, what have you.

rj1, Am in agreement with you...was willing to do this to show members that, after I have emphasized not to fear The Gold, I was willing to put my money where my mouth is...so to speak...

I am now rethinking my plan. I think I will keep my dad's car on the green formula, this way I use up the stash quicker (since he goes through about 18L of oil a year-as he does 3 oil changes) This way I can switch everything over to the gold formula sooner rather than later. I'm getting anxious to try it out!

plus you will be able to convert your engine to natural gas. as with all those beans you will have an endless supply of gas to run your car. save even more money for the gold.

pschole, I thought you had 150 quarts of the green to use up first? that itself was a 5 yr supply?
