Protocol for labs

No lab would take a virgin sample of oil and give the results from a prior testing of the same brand just to save time and effort. Would they?

They had better not! You're paying for them testing YOUR sample, not someone else's sample.

If you deal with reputable labs like Dyson Analysis, there should be no monkey business.

When you send in a Virgin sample of oil to a Lab, never put the brand of oil you are submitting. Just the weight.

Why is that?

I put down on my virgin sample of Royal Purple 5w30 that it was Royal Purple. I sent it to Terry Dyson last week.

I used to do the same thing with OAI. I wanted pure data, not interpretations.
