Prolly bulk 15W-40, or 20W-50

I think he's saying that his experience as a supplier to the consulates leads him to believe that this engine was maintained with either bulk 15w-40 or 20w-50. Probably NOT MB229.xxsubxxxxx.xxxxx oil. He also says that they never paid their bills on time ..or ever.
 
It prolly doesn't matter. Always been my impression these cars can run on almost anything rather slippery. Even if it prolly had bulk oil, the engine prolly is fine. I'd have a specialist check, just to be sure.

And I do believe that "prolly" is a word as I've been using it since childhood.
