Ever since the construction of the fab was announced, the entire area has really boomed, tons of new construction buildings, offices, shopping centers, houses, the works. New manufacturing in the US is always good.

A friend of mine who live on the shore of Balston Lake, just south of Saratoga, built a house on the other shore of Balston Lake. All because of the high income people that will work in the area. Has the house up for sale, but as of the last time I spoke with him (November) it still had not sold.
