Personally, I'd go ahead and change it out, for two reasons. First, though I suspect Toyota manufacturing processes result in a pretty clean engine from the start, I'd still like to remove any debris that might be there (and not filtered). Second, unless you nailed down the build date of your car, you don't know how long it sat with that factory fill oil, and how fresh it may (or may not) be.
Don't sweat the runtime percentages. First off, the Toyota recommended OCI, 5k miles, does not do so. Second, for those short, slow trips in which ICE run time is low, that's probably "compensated" for by the engine not reaching full op temp. I have CAN View installed in my 04, and I find that while the engine coolant does heat quickly (esp with the shot of hot coolant from the thermos), if you're not going at least 5-6 miles the other measured temps (inverters, MG windings, etc) don't fully warm. This strongly suggests that the oil does not either.
Once your car is broken in, I'd recommend a used oil analysis or two, but in any event, at least for the wty period, I'd just do simple 5k OCIs.
