PPF/Clear Bra Comparison Test

As expected, all of the films have started to yellow to some extent. No surprise to me, but this may be a surprise to some people.

There are definitely some differences in appearance between the major films with some faring better than others. Unfortunately he did not test Legend PPF or GSWF Defender Platinum, both of which are films that are starting to appear in my area.

I couldn't tell a difference, so I guess we just have to trust his commentary.

I may have missed it but he didn’t mention any preventative care such as a ceramic spray or other UV protecting product. Just because you have a film on your vehicle doesn’t negate the need for protection.

Most of those films have a built in topcoat now. From a maintenance standpoint they behave as though they contain a ceramic coating.
