My 2002 Century's front drivers side power window switch is acting up. Sometimes it goes all the way down, sometimes it doesn't go down at all, and sometimes it acts normally.
It did this awhile back and I sprayed the contacts with WD-40 and it 'fixed itself'. The WD-40 trick is not working now.
What parts do I need to change?

The motor sometimes jams. You need to remove the inner door to fix.

1. Remove inside door panel. Screws may be hidden behind the light reflector and small panel below the arm rest.

2. Remove the window motor and pack the plastic gears with grease, such as CRC Brake Caliper grease.

3. Apply the CRC grease to the cable rails in the window lift.

If this does not fix the problem, you need to buy a "Window Lift Motor w/Regulator".

The motor sounds fine....it's the erratic operation that's the problem. I'm thinking it's the switch.
Do I have to replace the entire cluster (all 4 windows are operated from the drivers control) or just the individual switch for the drivers window?
