power tools grease

i´m looking for general recommendation. electric drills etc.
what kind of and mostly what visco grade is recommended? to prohibit sling off etc.
some say nlgi2 is too thin and will fly off the gears.

This works great for air tools. Chevron Grease Maybe someone can chime in regarding electric drills, etc.

but nlgi1 is thinner than common nlgi2, will it fly off even easier ?
