Pour points ?

I am curious as to the pour points of dino vs sythetic oil. Specifically Castrol gtx 5-30 for the dino and the Mobil 1 grades 0-30, 5-30, 10-30.

For the Amsoil fans out there is it fair to say that the 0-30 grade does not burn off as fast as the Mobil 1 0-30. I like this grade but my 5.3 chevy likes to use 3/4 quart every 2K.

It graphically shows the pour point comparison of a group III versus a group IV synthetic with identical VI. I suppose a group I or II would be would be worse.
