It's been in Ontario from 2007 to 2019 and apparently too rusty according to a Honda dealer in SoFlo.

Exactly. I had it driven back to Ontario, I did some repairs, plus a recall from Honda Canada and then driven back to Florida.
I've never seen anything like that. What vehicle is it?

Yabba-dabba-doo! On a positive note, it’s a running, driving, 1979 Freewheeling Edition Ford Bronco for $1500. I bought it in February of 2018 in San Antonio. Rusty floors scared away many Texans. I’m more concerned about above the drip rails and windshield. Marti Report says it was originally sold in Missouri.

My kids truck Rusty 94 w 3.9l. Very dependable, cold ac but in need of some tlc- brakes, tires and exhaust manifold leak fixed. It's been to Corpus Christi and back from PA and all over NJ for 3yrs.
