Anyone out there have any experience with this "As Seen On TV" Pocket Hose? I bought one today at WalMart, and used it to wash the car, very lightweight, and did shrink back as they claimed. Just wondering about others experiences.

Don't need any replys from those who claim none of the "As Seen On TV" is any good when they have not actually tried the product.

Wishing actual experience.

Pocket Hose, shrinkage... wait, what are we talking about here again???

SO is it like those yellow air hoses that are a coil and just extend as needed?

I bought a "flat hose", as seen on TV, and have generally been happy given its size. It doesnt flow water like a real hose, but it cant really be expected to anyway...

Works well, but tears easy....

Known from experience?

They're good hoses...briefly.

If you let them sit in the sun or in the cold for instance they basically fall apart. Dragging one across concrete would be a doomsday sentence I think.

These reviews don't give me the impression of a quality product. But this comment,

"I got several of the "Blue" hoses made by another company and worked well."

... leads me to believe that this specific product/brand is at fault.

I just watched the video and love the concept... But a practical length of 50+ feet likely wont fit a pocket anymore, based upon the pictures...

People fail the realize that most of these "as seen on TV" products are copies od someone's else idea, often done much cheaper and never as good.

Fast Brite would be a good example...or the brooklyn lantern....

I see a lot of this "stuff".....

Pocket Sand would be a much smarter use of money and time.

Voice of experience was what I'm after as per my OP.

Sorry, I have RWE with the pocket hose, oddly when I went to post, only the joke went through.
One word: Chintzy
Neighbor of the older, more prone to falling for ASOTV bought one.
It was just ok when they got it first, a year later its starting to feel really cheap and flimsy, and just not wearing like a quality product should.
