Back from the dead.
Toyota does not care about me. The stealership has offered me his kind regards. Unfortunately, in the current relationship, I can't take on any new (or heavier debt). Losing that car is taking a HUGE loss, even if the dealer buys it at Red Book value. I just finished paying the interest on it, to boot (assuming I don't refinance).
ANYHOW, I received my heaters. The battery heater has an interesting note, that it should never be used above freezing (even sealed-type batteries). Keep in mind, I leave my block heater plugged in until the nights hover around 15C (to try and aid with the fuel mileage). No such warning on the oil pan warmer, however, and both products are manufactured by the same company. I'll just unplug the battery warmer (it'll be on a three-prong plug for anything except winter), and keep the block and pan heater going.
