That looks like how mine started its life 49 years ago, except mind never had bumper guards and mine started with the white top. also, that looks like a 500 instead of a 700.

But it is funny you mention what I had for lunch today with some friends who are into hunting.

I agreed, specially with the BBS style wheel. This Corvair is now a museum condition.
