Great question and sad to say I don’t know. He’s not his father’s son when it comes to maintenance so I am sure it is nothing fancy and probably not often either.
It’s a 300 six though it would keep running on leftover cooking oil.

This is our work truck... If it fits, it gets hauled... We just went across the field with the cedar rails though, and remembered not to back up! 
The last pic is our goat hauling setup to the butcher, with some old ski poles across the head rests to keep them out of the front seats and some plastic and blankets to contain any messes. Up to 4-5 fit pretty good and they get heat or air conditioning depending on the season
and its only a few miles. My one buddy remembers his Dad putting a 4x4 round bale in the back of their minivan!
