Off my 2006 Toyota Highlander with 3546 miles of run time on HPL pcmo 5w30 oil. Changed at 177,502miles. The HPL actually had another 900 or so on the oil.

As expected, looks amazing/barely used. Replaced with a Parts Plus PH2538EX and fresh sump of HPL pmco 5w30. I didnt bother cutting the element out after wicking only a tiny bit of stuff down in the pleats. Confirms to me I can push longer now and will perform the next OCI for 7500miles then have tested to see how things go.

Looks good. Personally, I would’ve gone with their CK-4 oil I’m seeing more clean metal under valve cover since putting it in 2.400 miles ago.

Now, do I get those federated filters for $33 or use up my ULTRA stash

Was the Parts Plus sticker a bit cheaper to buy than the PG label? As usual the filter looks great & sounds like it gave you the reassurance for your 7500 interval.

If I did more bulk driving I would consider trying the ck4 and stretching things out but it seems that I collectively maybe do around 12k a year gross spread over 4 vehicles. My plan is to push all but the race car back up to 10k intervals so that means I change the oil roughly every 2 years give or take.
