Perfect Turbo oil ? Softtec LLO1

This looks like a oil that would be perfect for summer heat in a Turbocharged engine. Wonder how it compares to GC?

Yes. The oil sold at BMW dealers as "BMW LongLife" is Softec TXT 5w30.

That is not the same oil as the US BMW Synth, which is labeled as being BMW LL-98

Here is a VOA of the current BMW Hi Performance Synthetic 5w-30. (2006 production date)

I paid 5.75 for a quart, online I have seen it for $5-6.00 a quart plus shipping.
