Pepper rings, pepperoncini’s etc

A fellow that I volunteer at food bank with stopped over with some “hot” banana and pepperoncini peppers home canned by himself. Had a “poor man” sandwich with those, raw onion, and a tomato slice. Very tasty. You folks have a favorite cannned pepper ring or gardenia or pepperoncini taste or variety?

These are fairly local about 50min away. Warren ohio (by Youngstown)

They are GREAT, hot but not poisonous.. still have some pepper crisp to em.. etc.

I LOVE Mt Olive sweet banana peppers and jalapeno rings. Vinegar peppers and pepperoncini are too vinegary for my otherwise iron stomach,I like hot peppers within reason. I know about keeping rice ,noodles, bread handy when trying new hot sauces + peppers.

I pickled some bird's eye peppers that I got from a farmer's market. Those were great but a little hotter than pepperoncini.
