Pepboys is an oil pusher!!!!!

After I stated on this forum that I didn't need any more oil, I headed to Pepboys this afternoon and took advantage of the Pennzoil oil change deal.

20 quarts of 5W-30 YBP has now been added to my strategic oil reserve.

This is added to the 20 quarts of Peak that they gave me for free on my last visit.

I've got a couple of changes coming up so I'm ready!!!!!

Speaking of deals, the Autozone's near me are offeing a $22.97 package which includes a 5.25 qt jug of Castrol GTX (they had the jugs in 5W/30, 10W/30, 20W/50), Bosch filter, funnel, oil drain pan, hand cleaner and a roll of blue shop towels!! I bought 2 sets for friends that I do oil changes and made out with the extra towels, funnels and hand cleaners!

The guys at work say I have a "compulsion."

But that applies to most everyone here.

The average guy on the street can't even tell you what brand of oil is in his vehicle.

My total reserve isn't just 40 quarts.

I had at least 30 qts. (mostly PP) before the trips to Pepboys.

I know others on this forum have much more extensive "collections."

As long as it's free or almost free, I can't resist.
