They appear to be race oils.
Personally, I don't like the idea of having the amount of VII's it must have to span that viscosity range (0W-50), unless of course they are using a VII package similar to GC.
The 15W-40 http://www.penrite.com.au/pispdf/SIN15W40.pdf would be my choice for most applications, less VII's, less drag/better power release, closer viscosity to what most engine manufacturers call for.

I suppose most of the range are continuing Penrite's obsession/philosophy of 'heavier is better'.
Other than that
It would appear that the use of polymer additives may increase the load bearing capacity than would be the case with an equivalent visc oil without additives.
