Certainly the first video was. The second was a complete reasonable explanation on how to build a synthetic base oil from smaller chain hydrocarbons, which is what Shell does in the Pearl plant in Qatar.
And it then shows up in the Noack value of their retail products. Woo Hoo! Low Noack is good! Of course, it could be the old Noacks of PU, but with luck they will regret cheapening the base stocks of the new PUP and return it to the glory Noack numbers of PU.
