Where can you get it?

It's almost impossible to find on a retail shelf and I blame that on our National Accounts Department. If there is a Pennzoil distributor or direct branch location in your area they either carry it or can get it for you. If your in Wisconsin and want to try some, Halron Oil in Green Bay and Perkins Oil in Madison have a lot of it. They also carry the European Formula Quaker State.

I'm sure it's available for sale somewhere in the U.S., but I personally have not seen it yet.
