Don't know if this has been discussed yet. We had a pallet of cases of the new stuff come in a few weeks ago, and now we are packaging it in bulk. Quaker State Multi Vehicle is also now called Quaker State Ultimate Synthetic Multi Vehicle ATF. They have new part numbers, but we are selling at the same price as the old stuff.

I'm sure these are excellent fluids (and identical to each other) and I would have no problem running them in my Corolla, Elantra or Saturn. I will stick with Dexron VI in my Cruze.

And they'll likely cost as much as Maxlife and Castrol, which meet more specs, and twice as much as MAG 1's synthetic ATF's

I would use either without concern.
Castrol IMV is an excellent ATF in the apps that it claims, IMO.

This stuff is specced for Aisin JWS 3309, so I might pick up a case to try in my dads Fusion.

Based on the timing of the product release, I wonder if it is GTL?

Anybody use this in a Mercon V application yet?

I noticed the QS version of this fluid at Menard's for $4/qt...seems like a great price for a synthetic ATF that is approved for Mercon V. The next lowest price I can find is MAG 1(synthetic) for $5/qt on Amazon and locally Castrol or Valvoline for $6/qt.

Does this new fluid actually carry Ford's approval?

I have found this to be true as well. This product makes the auto box in my 94 Honda Accord LX perform identically to OEM Honda
Z1 ATF, which is what the engineers intended for excellent durability and longevity of the unit.
