Pennzoil Long Life

I have used Pennzoil multi-grade oil in my GM V-8s and like the brand alot. The cars are high mileage so I' m trying the High Mileage Pennz now. My question is on Long Life Pennzoil. I know it's targeted at fleets and also used in gas/diesel engines. Is the 15W40 a great product in Summer for high mileage engines with varied oil burning. Is the 0W30 a good option for our MN Winters?

On paper the 15W-40LL looks very good on paper. I will be mixing it 50/50 with Amsoil 15W-40 for an evaluation. I never knew anything about Pennz LL 0W-30. 0W dino oil???

Yes, check on the Pennzoil site, they have 0W30 Long Life Pennz and it's part synthetic. [ October 17, 2003, 06:40 PM: Message edited by: Ironthinker ]
