I bought a bunch of the Pennzoil 0w40 when it was on sale from Walmart, I also have a ton of Castrol 0W-40. I use 5w30 in my Jaguar but I'm thinking about doing 0w40, my CLS 55 I use 0w40 Castrol but my question is, I don't see a lot of used oil analysis for the Pennzoil Euro 0w40. I just want to make sure it's a comparable additive package and how it compares versus Castrol?

It's high SAPS Euro oil that carries the same manufacturer approvals for extended drains, they're both pretty similar.
Just run it and enjoy life.
If they carry the same approval then they have a "comparable additive package" in performance. A $30 spectrographic analysis isn't going to provide performance comparisons between oils.
