Looks much better than the last UOA. Took the sample using the Blackstone vacuum pump. Plan on running this fill to 10K, it's what Lexus recommends. Any reason I shouldn't?
not bad but 7.59cst is a low. Id use pp 5w-30 euro L or euro 0w-40 since they're better and cost about the same and should be better for longer intervals from being euro grades. Florida aint cold and 7.59 is a bit low.
As a bit of proof I went on lexus's uk site just to waste the Friday time and downloaded their 2018 gs manual with the same engine and it says 0w-20 5/10w-30 and 15w-40.

Stick to the 10k mile interval, the engine won’t know the difference. All those Lexus certified used vehicles are exceptional used vehicles, and the original owners never blinked at the recommended services.
