Dunno why there is always a lot of Fe in the UOAs from this thing. It's done it for years, but always runs well and sounds good.
 
Not that I’m questioning your motives, but curious as to why the switch to 0W40 from the 5W30......

I had bought 2 jugs of this oil for little or nothing at WM. (Can't remember the details, but seems like it was a clearance sale combined with a rebate.) So, I'm just using it in the Libby, then it'll be back to 5W30. :)
 
This Pennzoil Euro A3/B4 oil seemed to decrease the iron wear numbers, and the finishing TBN is better for the same distance. That’s two good things. Nice zinc levels at 1055 ppm too.

I would keep using this Oil. Over here we call the same stuff Shell Helix Ultra.
