Both of these look to be the 3614(Fram), 5/1348(Wix/NG), 10241(Puro) equivalents. Fits lots of Toyota/Lexus and many others.

Yep. Sure looks like they're the equivalent of a Fram 3614 or a Motorcraft FL910. Where are you in AZ?

3614 is what I need for the LS400 I just acquired. However, they sell that number Micro on ebay and LS400 is not listed as compatible in the chart. So I'm not so sure it is the same.
