Overhead Door Spray Grease

I have coils at the header panel and will give that a try...thanks!

btw.. Doesn't necessarily have to be Rem Oil in fact I was just looking at the latest version and seems they removed the "Teflon". I had it already, old can I bought years ago, and my logic figured the Teflon working in-between the coils of the springs would be a good thing. Probably any good spray oil would do that keeps the springs moving smoothly and not rusting.
 
thanks...I figured that too...I used WD-40 for now but will pick up a can of something next time I'm out...forgot I gave my can of Gibb's to my brother for cleaning/lubing "other items"...thanks again,
