Organic Yellow Mustard

Picked up a bottle of yellow mustard. Stone Ground with Apple Cider Vinegar. From Eden Foods, Clinton Michigan. Very good stuff and so totally different than the usual rubbish. On their website read why they don't use the USDA Organic seal. http://www.edenfoods.com

One of the best spicy brown mustards is Kosciuszko Mustard. It won national awards several times (many years ago). Everyone I know that has tried it ends up using nothing else. I have to get it shipped form the east coast from relatives but I won't use anything else.

Same name as our highest mountain (hill) Mount Kosciusko. Mustard mountain, has a nice ring.

It amazes me that something made right here in Michigan would make it all the way to Australia, Clinton is about an hours drive from me, thanks for the heads up Sprintman, I am going to have to look for that mustard.

A lot of Eden Foods are available here. Real organic not USDA Organic which isn't. The mustard won't suit everybody. My wife reckons rubbed into Pork fat then roasted till you get crackling could be the go. I don't cook (I can burn water) but I do spend hours every week searching out the best produce for her mainly organic. Can't expect her to do the housework and the cooking and look for produce.
