Opinions on Torco

Hi guys I have been away a long time, but I need some more knowledge from your endless fountain.

As I am based in the UK, I am thinking of setting up as a stockist for Torco oils, with their TR-1 and SR-5 of particular interest to me.

How good is this stuff? and without getting to technical on me, because I simply wont understand, is it a twin ester based product?

There is little torco in the uk right now, and if its good,i feel ready to exploit that.

Do a search - you'll see why it's the only oil I'll run in my street / strip big block chev. (TR-1 10W40)

I researched for a substitute, because I have no supplier within a reasonable ship distance to my home in Ontario, Canada - ended up ordering a couple of 5 gal pails when all was done.

Is the SR1 a group III oil?

According to TORCO SR-1 is a Group IV.
