Opening airplane scene from Goldeneye

Only slightly more difficult to believe than the skydiving without a parachute scene from Moonraker. I think that scene was a legit world record setting stunt.

The plane is a Platius Porter.

It's a STOL type plane (many videos on U tube) it is a Turbo Prop (usually a Pratt and Whitney) and can reverse pitch on the prop to slow down
and assist in stopping.

There is a video that the pilot dropped skydivers from high altitude and noses the airplane straight down and controls the speed by reversing the prop.

Great plane is/was produced in Switzerland

Falling from an airplane is easy stuff. I like the 4-stroke motorcycles that have the sound of a 2-stroke engine dubbed in for effect. You just don't get a bbraaaaap sound from a thumper.

The original Rambo movie was great when John J. was riding the 4-stroke Yamaha XT-250 but they made it sound like a 2-stroke. Here's the best 3 minutes in the history of cinema :)

T2 judgement day was the worst offender of 2 stroke sounds with endless gears from a 4 stroke. If you listen close, when starting its a 4 stroke xr being kicked over then magically turns into a 2 stroke. Also 60s-70s Chrysler starter sounds were used on all cars in movies for a while
