Old Valve Cover Pics.

Hey. Here are 2 older pictures from last year when I did my valve cover gaskets. Car is a 2004 Acura 3.5RL with the 90 degree C-series. She had 212,379 miles at the time. Only bank 1 is shown, but bank 1 had more varnish than bank 2 by a small margin. Car was ran with some dealership bulk/general bulk, then M1 5w30, Pennzoil Plat, Ultra-Plat, and HM in that order, and now Redline 5w30.

Thanks! Got lucky with this engine. Has 222K and doesn't use a drop of oil. Idled a lot too. Dad used to idle the car for 15-30 minutes before getting on the train for work. Did that for 140K miles/8 years. Also saw a lot of high speed and high rev runs courtesy of my dad and me,
