Rotella is the way to go!Lotsa detergents for varnish removal, ZDDP for older designed engines,stable base oil for heat/shearing defense.

new rotella doesn't have much zinc. plus that mopar has a roller cam anyway.
I had a 318 in a dakota, at 235,000 it still purred like a kitten but it did start loosing oil pressure due to main bearing wear
. My choice would be the Maxlife, but I can't remember if that engine called for a 5w30 in cold climates?
