I might of asked this already and if I did I'm sorry but I can't remember.

I have a 1999 Dodge caravan SE with a 3.3 liter engine (not flex fuel) Does anyone know the oil reccomened in the owners manual?

Is it 5w30 or 10w30? I was going to go with 5w30 mobil 1 is that ok? Someone told me the reccomened for a 1999 3.3 is 10w30.

The van sees temperature extremes -40 Celsius in winter and +40 Celcius in summer. No towing or other heavy use.

The mobil 5w-30 sounds good to me. It covers the cold winters and the hot summers. The other option is to run the 5w-30 in the winter months and the 10w-30 in the summer. I would just stick to the 5w-30.
