Oil Kit for UOA?

I went to the Blackstone site and clicked on their link for the free oil kit. I gave them the requested info but what happens next? Do they just send me the kit? Send me a confirming e-mail or do I have to prepay for the UOA to get the "free" kit? I dunno.
