Oil Flow path

I have a integra type r motor (4 cyl) and I was wondering if anyone knows the exact path of oil from the oil pan. (When you start the car where does the oil flow, oil pan to oil pan )


P.S. Is mobil 1 SS 10w 30 with puralator plus ok for my motor?

Bob the oil guy has a schematic some where ,maybe in oil basics areas, most motors are close in how oil travels through the engine.
