Oil cleansing properties

Just a reminder, as Terry always states, an oils ability to clean is very limited. So it's try that synthetics like amsoil, m1 or RL will clean, they won't clean as well as Auto-rx. Synthetics will help keep your engine clean but down the line you will want to use a good engine cleaner for optimum effeciency.

I found an article last week on the cleansing properties of several syn/dino oils. Now I can't find it. Bob placed some valve stem seals in small cups with oil. Linky anyone? Thanks!
