new here,

I have serviced the car most of its life and changed the oil and filters every year with api SJ/SL oils, various stuff from repsol, cespa, etc

The car is a 2004 (105km) Suzuki Ignis m15a 1.5VVT AWD.

Service manual says:
It is recommended to use engine oil of SE, SF, SG, SH or SJ grade.

I do 6-8k km aprox a year, some in town but quite a few steep climbs up and down to my village and motorway work too
I have quite a few choice of oil atm and would like to try some other brands out, which do you guys and gals think would be a good option this year.

they are all around 20euros for 5ltrs.
Thanks in advance!

I'd use any oil that is VW502 approved in a 5W30 weight. Such an oil will have an HTHS of 3.5 or slightly higher.
That will provide protection in a warm climate but also a tiny fuel economy improvement over a 5W40.
