Agreed! I don't know how many vans you are running, but:

275 gallons of Amsoil OE 0w20 is $5229, which is around 4.75 a quart (less if you become a preferred customer, and yes there would be delivery charges). This oil can easily go 5000 miles, and probably more with a UOA; maybe a 2 month cycle for each van?
 
I'd leave some safety margin just in case you have incidents that you are forced to run longer. So if you want to run EP to 15k, cut it back to 12k just in case you have 1 van short, too many works, neglect or abuse that stress the oil more. Running it to the edge all the time could cause problem for those time that you went over.
 
Why don't you try to run one of your vans 7.500 miles and then you send in an oil sample and then you would get a straight answer! An oil test this day is pretty cheap $10-30 and then you know for sure.
