I sent in samples to Oil Analyzers and Blackstone from my Pilot to compare and get the GC fuel dilution from OA. The Oil Analyzers report says "information requested" for product name and filter type also option for micron rating (no clue on Honda 15400-PCX-004).

The paper that I sent which they scanned says Pennzoil Platinum Euro-L 5W-30. All they put on the test sheet was brand and viscosity? This is only my second test with OA on vehicles but first one had same thing and paper submitted had clear writing brand/version/weight. Blackstone has never had that issue on my past samples. They also requested sump capacity for future, 5.7 and "quarts" drop down says invalid so I put 182 ounces which it accepted.

Oil filter type? I updated it with below. I presume a regular Honda filter and aftermarkets we most use are FullFlow & bypass correct? If we use a Fram Endurance, or STP XL, etc should that be extended drain filter even if not used that way?

Regular filters we use are Full flow & bypass. I think that's correct. Strange it didn't let you do quarts.
It also wouldn't allow me to do quarts. So I called their company and asked if, maybe, there was a " lost in computer translation " issue. The company rep said that their system is only set up for whole numbers. So I, too, will be converting the oil volume to ounces. I don't know if the more accurate volume figures in ounces will have any effect on the sample test results.
