We were initially planning a much longer road trip across several states, but ended up scaling it down due to everything that's going on right now. So, we just roamed around some less traveled parts of Ohio. It was nice to get away, even for just a few days, and the weather was perfect, considering it was second half of November.
There were some unique places we stayed at - wife's good at picking these out.
First was a tree house with a rather long suspension bridge leading up to it:
Then there was a shipping container:
Final night was at a farm house with a little pond and a paddle boat. Sorry, no pic.
We stopped at Sugarcreek to see the world's largest cuckoo clock.
And we passed by the "picnic basket" building.
We checked out the Ernest Warther Museum in Dover.
And on the way back, we make a quick stop at the US Air Force Museum in Dayton - my kid really wanted to see Air Force One.
