When to change T56 fluid?

If they'd only sticky the Which T56 fluid? thread, maybe I'd feel less obligated to offer a means for people to get the information they seek...

Seriously - I didn't read the entire thread, but what's with the skewed "poll" via limiting choices? Did anyone take them to task for no Amsoil, SP, M1 etc? It's also funny that some folks think Honda Z-1 is sexmajick juice in the T56.
