Mainstay 28" tall model FZ10-19MW/FZ10-19MB oscillating tower fan. Odd thing is it has a seperate motor for oscillating, on a seperate switch. I turned off the fan switch and a while later walked by and it was oscillating. No Fan. I timed the oscilations on hi med lo and the timing remained at 12 seconds. So now I have a fan I have two switchs to turn it off. I have no idea what they were thinking? It sure looks funny sitting there moving while its not blowing, kinda funny.
