OCI question

I drive to and from work, ~15-20 miles half highway - half city, almost everyday.

I use a 6 month OCI if I don't meet the mileage.

Is it crazy to think I could get 10K/6mo OCI from my usual fill of 4.5 quarts of mobil 1 10w30 and oversize mobil 1 m-105 filter?

Is there anyone with a similar pattern?

I always let the car warm up.

What kind of car?

What do you mean by "let the car warm up"?

'00 Acura TL 3.2L V6

By warm up, I mean that while I'm driving the engine comes to full operating temperature before I accelerate to highway speeds.

I don't have time time let the car idle in the lot before I leave, so it's turn the key and put it in gear.

That sounds as if it's a sane warm up policy.

Your engine should be able to go 10K/6 months with a good synthetic oil. Do a UOA first go.
