NuFinish on hubcaps?

Hello, I have a beater 95 Neon that I use NuFinish on because I'm not so concerned about the looks of the car, rather than the durability of the polish. I'm hoping this stuff will last 6 months, let alone a year. Anyways, my gf has an 06 Corolla that I plan on using Zaino on soon. I have been using NXT on it but that stuff lasts a good month before it is all worn out. My question is, is it ok to use NuFinish on her hubcaps for some protection and some durability? I don't plan on using the $$ Zaino on hubcaps, just for the paint, just wondering if the NuFinish would be good enough for the hubcaps. Thanks.

Cool, just wanted to make sure. BTW, this site rules... thanks to you guys, I have learned more about detailing, what is the most durable polishes/waxes are out there, and of course, Aerospace 303!

NuFinish is great for everything. I posted these pictures of my Z28 last year asking people to guess what it was waxed with. Most guessed high end expensive waxes like Zaino Bros. I think I killed a few members when I told them it was NuFinish.....it is just as deep and far more durrable then just about anything on the market:

Nu-Finish is highly under-rated. I used it for years on several different cars and it's an incredible product, especially considering the price. The only wax I found that I like better is 3M. It lasts even longer against frequent washing and is a bit easier to wipe off.

The Z28 looks good... I wish I never sold my 99 Z28... it was perfect when I sold it... but like I said, I'm using NuFinish on my beater, but didn't want to use it on my gf's new car because I keep hearing that I shouldn't use it on a new car. I will order Zaino here in a few days.

Why should you not use it on your new car? I Have used it on my 1997 Tahoe since day 1 and the paint looks as good as the day I brought it home. Have no fear, NuFinish is 100% safe for a new car and don't listen to what the detail snobs say to the contrarey.

I'm sure Zaino will look better... Like I said, I just use NuFinish on the Neon for durability, not really for looks. When I used NXT on the Neon it looked a lot better than when I put the NuFinish on, but I would rather not have to re apply the NXT every 2 or 3 months because its durability sucks. I want to see how good the new car will look with the Zaino stuff applied on it.

I will try to remember to take pictures. The new Corolla already looks good since it is new, but I also decided to try this stuff on my black 93 Mustang coupe. That is where some improvement should be made. I have swirl marks all over the car so I ordered some Z5 in addition to the other stuff I ordered for the new car. I can't wait to see how it turns out.
