Ran across this video. The whole manufacturing process looks pretty good except for how they seal the 2 ends. Wix,fram, denso etc all use some sort of positive seal be it a metal crimp or a sealant.

At the 13:00 mark they just staple the ends together. How can that seal? Won't dirt be able to get around the 2 ends?

Yeah and probably leave every other staple out for cutting costs. The filter world seems to be going down the . EV’s don’t need no filter. Green New Designs.
