My ridgeline had a fuel pump feed port recall, and that held up renewal.

Using the standard of " fuel" being remission related the OP would be flagged identically in calif.

Or powertrain? Either way, OP would probably be flagged in CA.

I am aware of a few vehicles with an open Takata airbag recall for at least 2 years and the registration renews fine.

Sounds about typical for 90% of women. They just put gas in and go and expect everything else to be sorted out later if they ever get around to it.

I got a step-daughter that lives 1800 miles away that I know is going on 2 years this May without changing the oil in her car. I have offered to prepay at a dealership or quickie lube place to get it change to no avail.
