Went to a title company yesterday as I now like to avoid the MVA.
The process took only a few minutes without the drama- great deal.

I started to write a check and the lady which is the owner said we take only cash or CC's at 3%
Okay so I handed her my Discover card which is one of those custom ones and she said.. this card is beautiful.
I replied, sadly its owner isn't though...

She said don't be simple you are a handsome man and just for that I am going to wave the 3% fee...
Saved me about $64..... See no flirting either. That $64 buys what like 3 gallons of gas these days
